I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. I arrived in the United States in May 2000 and built my career over 22 years in South Florida before relocating to Woodstock, Georgia in 2022 with my wife Ana and our son Alejandro.
Real estate found me early and never let go. Over 16 years and 350+ closings, I learned that every transaction is a negotiation, and every negotiation is about preparation. I do not show up to the table hoping. I show up with data, strategy, and a clear read on the other side.
